At NAYC-ACUK we have a current vacancy for Operations Assistant to assist in the day to day running of the King’s Park Conference Centre, ensuring that the needs of all user groups are met to the highest possible standard.
This is a zero-hour contract, including weekends and bank holidays. Responsibilities include:
- To assist that the conference centre is clean and ready for groups arriving to their conference and to maintain the cleanliness in the main areas at all times.
- To be responsible for the conference rooms set up, ensuring cleaning, set up and all preparation is complete and ready for the guests.
- To assist the Duty Managers during the running of the shift, being responsible for taking ad hoc tasks within the job spectrum as instructed.
- To assist that the reception desk is covered and the phones are answered in absence of the Duty Manager. To assist with administrative tasks if required.
