To be part of the senior management of the Pioneer Centre and help co-ordinate the operations team ensuring the success of the Centre in all its pursuits. To provide day-to-day oversight and longer-term development of the Guest Services; Housekeeping; Catering; Sales; Bookings and Administration departments. To support the Head Of Centre in the overall management of the Centre.
