Hospitality Team Manager – Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role has complete oversight in the running of the Hospitality Team within a busy residential activity centre.
This is an exciting time to join Whitemoor Lakes as we rebuild the Hospitality Team after the events of the past couple of years, giving the opportunity to shape the department around your skills and vision.
The Hospitality Team look after both guest accommodation (lodges) and guest dining.
- Accommodation – preparing and cleaning guest lodges prior to arrival and after departure, including making of beds, cleaning of bathrooms, hoovering, dusting etc.
- Dining – preparing / cleaning the dining room before and after, serving guest meals and wash up.
As Department Manager you will oversee all aspects of the department, from recruitment to planning staff rotas, from planning daily schedules ensuring guest requirements are met to Health and Safety for the department, from stock ordering to serving guests and making beds! This role is varied and hands on.
We are ideally looking for someone who has experience, at a supervisory / management level of both Housekeeping and food service.
