Northampton Association of Youth Clubs (NAYC)
Part Time – 20 hours per week | Permanent | Based in Northampton
This is an exciting and unique opportunity to be instrumental in the development of community-based youth provision that meets the needs of young people across Northamptonshire.
NAYC is an established youth charity committed to developing the potential in all young people. We provide a countywide youth service in the voluntary sector and currently support a membership of around 100 youth groups.
The main purpose of this role:
- To help local communities set up new youth groups.
- To support youth group leaders and volunteers with advice and training.
- To deliver fun and engaging activity sessions, projects and events for young people aged 8–18.
- To work with other organisations, including local councils and education providers.
We are currently expanding our Young Leaders training programme and exploring new ways to support young people’s wellbeing through local youth initiatives.

This is a part-time role with no current opportunity to increase to full-time, though this may be reviewed in the future.
