Partnerships
NAYC works together with other organisations who are supporting or providing services for young people. This is an important area of our work in meeting the holistic needs of young people.
We are involved in partnership working with many different organisations and groups including local government, community and business. These include:
- Local Authority and Councils (Unitary, Town and Parish)
- Education Providers (Schools, Colleges, Alternatives, NCS)
- Local Community Groups and Associations
- Local Businesses
- Youth Organisations
- Church Organisations
- Funders and Sponsors
Partnerships can be formed on different levels ranging from a joint planning group to a formal agreement. NAYC are actively involved in setting up a new youth provision in local communities. We might work with different partners to achieve a successful outcome for the young people. A new youth club might bring together residents and young people from the community working with the local council, community safety team, schools, churches and business. We also work with funding organisations to build long term relationships that will ensure young people get the right youth provision that is sustainable.
