We have an opportunity for a maintenance lead to join the team at Kings Park providing hands on maintenance for the Conference and Sports Centres. You will need to be able to be a competent person for electrical and plumbing tasks as well as being able to turn your hand to a variety of general handyperson jobs. Directed by the centre manager to maintain and enhance the facilities across the site. To prolong the usefulness of the buildings and equipment and maintain standards of health & safety.
The post will have a 6-month probation period and subject to an enhanced DBS check, with appropriate training and support provided.
Salary: £24,336 PA
